GenAI hackathon at GEO 4.0

We hosted a GenAI hackathon at GEO 4.0, the AAPG, EAGE and SEG symposium on digitalisation in geoscience, in Al Khobar.

The hackathon had two tracks. The first was open to everyone: we gave participants a GenAI system built to resist hallucinations, and they tried to trip it up with tricky, complex questions. The second was for those with coding experience: after a training session, teams designed their own agents for geoscience copilots, running on the latest GPUs.

A week earlier, we held an online session to introduce participants to GenAI and multi-agent systems and to help them plan their approach.
